New Zealand-based destination specialists.
We plan New Zealand the way locals travel it: logically, comfortably and honestly. Not an offshore reseller.
A country shaped by space and balance.
New Zealand is not a destination built around monuments, shopping districts, or crowded attractions. It is a country shaped by nature, space and balance. What sets New Zealand apart is not a single landmark, but the way the entire country feels when you travel through it.
In one journey, travellers experience snow-capped mountains and alpine valleys, glacier-fed lakes with vivid turquoise colours, wild coastlines, beaches and fjords, geothermal landscapes and volcanic plateaus, and quiet countryside towns alongside modern, liveable cities.
New Zealand offers breathing space. Roads are scenic, towns are spread out, and nature is never far away. Often, the most memorable moments happen between destinations, not just at them.
End-to-end support, before and during travel.
Travelling long-haul requires reassurance, not just bookings. Our role is not to sell you the most expensive trip. Our role is to plan the right trip.
Two islands. Every region planned with local context.
From the subtropical Bay of Islands in the far north to Fiordland in the south, we operate nationwide, with our home base in Queenstown.
The North Island feels warmer, more connected and easier to navigate. Culture, geothermal, cities, beaches. Better for first-time visitors, families and seniors. The South Island is shaped by scale rather than speed. Mountains, lakes, glaciers, fjords. Best for nature, photography and immersion. The best trips often combine both, planned correctly.

New Zealand rewards travellers who slow down.
This is not a destination for ticking boxes. It rewards realistic pacing, fewer destinations with longer stays, flexible itineraries and time built in for weather and scenery.
- 7–9 daysOne island focus
- 10–14 daysBalanced highlights
- 15–21 daysComplete NZ experience
- 21+ daysSlow travel & hidden regions
Successful journeys are characterised by fewer accommodation bases, built-in rest days in scenic hubs, acceptance of weather-led adjustments, and an emphasis on quality experiences over quantity.
Visa support & honest expectations.
ANZ Travel Services does not provide immigration advice. We support travellers by preparing realistic itineraries, accommodation confirmations and activity plans aligned with visa requirements, and we work with licensed and legally authorised immigration advisers who are eligible under New Zealand regulations to provide immigration advice and guidance.
Indian passport holders must apply for a New Zealand Visitor Visa before travel. Travellers of Indian origin holding visa-waiver passports (Australia, USA, Canada, UK) may travel under the NZ Visa Waiver Programme subject to an approved NZeTA. Early visa clarity allows us to plan responsibly.
