Contact us for itinerary planning, quote, booking, payment or supplier-support enquiries. Include your booking reference where available. We aim to acknowledge customer enquiries within two New Zealand business days; urgent in-travel support is handled using the contact details supplied with confirmed documents.

Safe payment guidance

• This public website does not ask you to enter card details.
• Your quote or invoice will identify the payment recipient, currency, due date and applicable booking terms.
• Never send a full card number or CVV/CVC by email or messaging.
• Verify unexpected or changed bank/payment instructions by calling the number above before paying.
• The name appearing on a card or bank statement may be the identified travel supplier or payment provider where you pay that party directly.

Merchant and legal details

Where ANZ Travel Services is the merchant for a particular transaction, the applicable quote, invoice or secure payment page will state the merchant identity and statement information before you authorise payment. Where an airline, hotel, activity provider, rental company or other supplier charges you directly, that supplier’s name and terms apply.

For a formal business-registration, invoice or tax-information request relating to a proposed transaction, email us before payment so we can provide the details applicable to that booking. This avoids publishing or assuming a legal entity or merchant descriptor that may not be the contracting party for every supplier service.

Please raise a concern with us first and include the outcome you seek. We will review the itinerary, supplier documents and communications and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
